For wholesalers in every industry whose customers order regularly — hospitality, retail, trades or commerce. Your customers see your product range and order in the dammi app. You manage orders and rules in the browser.
How does the free trial work?
You sign up under ‘Try it free’ and confirm your email address. We activate your access within one working day; from then on you have 14 days to test. No credit card is needed. The trial ends at no cost; a paid subscription only arises when you explicitly book one.
Do I have to invite my customers straight away?
No. First you import and check items, customers and prices. The import does not send any invitations. Only then do you choose which customers should receive access by email or printed access slip.
What happens to my customer prices?
If your ERP system provides individual prices, dammi takes them over in line with the integration. For other systems, prices can be maintained in the admin panel. You see which source applies during setup. You control offers and ordering rules centrally.
How is the price made up?
€169 a month or 2.2% of your net app revenue – whichever is higher. The €169 is not a surcharge: it is credited against the revenue share. Up to €7,681.82 of app revenue you pay €169; above that, 2.2%. With €10,000 of net app revenue a month you pay €220; with €5,000 it stays at €169. All amounts are plus VAT.
How can I cancel?
To cancel, an email to info@dammi.app is enough. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of your current billing month. After that, no further base fee is charged. Outstanding revenue shares and justified corrections may be billed afterwards. You do not need to cancel the free trial.
